2023 Badge Summit

The 2023 Badge Summit mobile app is available for Android and iOS

**The Virtual Badge Summit is scheduled for August 14th, 2023. Scroll down for more details specific to that event.**

Helpful details for IN-PERSON attendees:

• Getting to the Conference: Registration and checkin will be in the University Memorial Center
  • The address linked above will work for walking, ride share, etc. If you arrive via bus, get off at the Broadway & Regent Dr. stop and use the map directions from there (2 minute walk).
  • If you have the mountains to your back, enter the main doors in front of you (there will be a white tent on your right). Our checkin desk will be to your right in the foyer.

• Complimentary Parking will be in the Euclid Parking Garage
  • You must claim a digital permit each day. Instructions for accessing your parking permit. *Please know that the website is confusing for steps 7 + 8. You may need to click on buttons that appear to already be selected. Sorry in advance!*
  • After parking, if you exit the garage from where you entered it, the UMC building (and the white tent pictured above) are about 50 meters to your right.
• Monday morning pre-conference workshops begin at 8:30am. Breakfast is not provided on Monday but there is a Starbucks inside the UMC.
• On Tuesday, breakfast and lunch are included. 
• For those staying around Wednesday and joining the post-conference workshops, they will all be in the CASE building (above the parking garage and host to our opening and closing plenaries, so you'll be familiar by Wednesday). Continental breakfast is provided on Wednesday.

Pre-conference and August 14th Virtual Badge Summit details

• Please note that you MUST BE LOGGED IN TO ACCESS THE CONTENT.

• All registered attendees should receive an email from notifications@sched.com inviting you to the event. Please click on the CREATE YOUR PROFILE + SCHEDULE button (pictured below*) in order to get started.

• Please email badgesummit@colorado.edu if you did not receive this message and we will have a password reset email sent to you that will get you started!

• Participating in live sessions
  All live sessions on August 10th will appear on your schedule at an assigned time with a set beginning and end. Beginning 10 minutes before the session, the schedule on both the website and your mobile app will display a yellow button to access the stream. You must be logged in or Sched will not display the link.
• Viewing pre-recorded sessions
  You will be able to view the pre-conference webinar and recordings of several sessions from the in-person gathering, as well as pre-recorded sessions that are exclusive to the virtual Badge Summit. These sessions will appear in your schedule after the August 10th sessions and before the August 15th Opening Keynote. The times will be listed as TBA. This arrangement may be confusing, but it is designed to allow registered attendees to view recordings at your convenience.
